  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Fees and Payments

  • Private Pool – pool heat available for $125 a night (optional)
  • Pool Spa – $75 a night or $150 for both pool and spa heat
  • Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat and spa heat are $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.
